Investigation and staging
Routine investigations include:
- FBC, ESR
- blood film (for Sezary cell examination)
- biochemical profile (including lactate dehydrogenase)
- chest X-ray
Investigations if clinically indicated include:
- lymph node biopsy, bone marrow biopsy, CT scan (chest/ abdomen/pelvis), visceral organ biopsy
