Stucco keratosis

Authoring team

Stucco keratosis is a type of seborrhoeic keratosis. Clinicially, there are a number of non-pigmented or grey-white lesions on the limbs. Usually, these are less than 5mm in diameter.

Histologically, a collagen core forms the centre of a sharp projection of epidermis into the hyperkeratotic superficial layers of the lesion.
