  • doll-like face
  • hypoglycaemia on fasting
  • hyperglycaemia after a meal
  • fits
  • low IQ

Other features include:

  • failure to thrive
  • lumbar lordosis
  • xanthomata (over buttocks and joints)
  • adiposity.
