- hyperparathyroidism
- haemochromotosis
- diabetes mellitus
- Wilson's disease
- ochronosis
- hypophosphataemia
- oxalosis
- osteoarthritis
- gout
- dialysis
- long-term steroid therapy
- acromegaly
