Chronic frontal sinusitis
Chronic rhinosinusitis is inflammation of the paranasal sinuses lasting more than 12 weeks. and is accompanied by an almost constant dull headache.
Other symptoms include facial pressure, rhinorrhoea, postnasal drainage, congestion, and general malaise.
Recurrent attacks of frontal sinusitis cause the mucous membrane lining the sinus and fronto-nasal duct to become thickened and polypoid
