Lethal midline granuloma, also known as midfacial lymphoma, and Stewart's granuloma, is a rare T-cell lymphoma that gradually ulcerates the cartilage and bone of the nose and mid-face.

Treatment is with radiotherapy and surgical excision of necrotic tissue.
