Atypical presentation in adults
These include:
- skin pigmentation which is not jaundice
- arthropathy
- alopecia
- nail clubbing
- severe, unexplained osteoporosis
- hepatomegaly and steatosis
- recurrent, lower abdominal colicky pain
- recurrent oral aphthous ulceration
