  • clindamycin alone or flucloxacillin + fusidic acid.
    • if H.influenzae give amoxicillin or cefuroxime
    • in under 5's consider Haemophilus influenzae
    • Treat acute disease for at least 6/52 and chronic infection for at least 12/52
