Osteomyelitis and septic arthritis
- clindamycin alone or flucloxacillin + fusidic acid.
- if H.influenzae give amoxicillin or cefuroxime
- in under 5's consider Haemophilus influenzae
- Treat acute disease for at least 6/52 and chronic infection for at least 12/52
