Clinical features of Lennox-Gastaut syndrome
The seizure types found in the Lennox-Gastaut syndrome include:
- tonic seizures, especially nocturnal
- atypical absence seizures
- atonic and myoclonic attacks
- non-convulsive status
- infantile spasms
Half of children will show developmental delay from diagnosis. All are affected within 5 years.
