  • Stage IM - no disease found outside testis but rising post-orchidectomy tumour markers
  • Stage II - infra-diaphragmatic lymph node involvement
  • Stage III - supra-diaphragmatic lymph node involvement
  • Stage IV - extra-nodal metastases
