Clinical features
Allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis is characterised by:
- wheeze
- dyspnoea
- cough which produces plugs of mucus
The patient is usually asthmatic. The chest radiograph shows evidence of proximal bronchiectasis. There is raised IgE and an eosinophilia.
