Starting COC post-POP (with secondary amenorrhoea)

The combined oral contraceptive can be started (ie switched to) at any time. No extra contraceptive precautions are required in the first 7 days after the switch.

If there is a possibility of pregnancy, then follow the protocol (described in the linked item) before starting the COC.
