  • other presentations include:
    • biventricular 'diastolic' cardiac failure
    • apparent angina, myocardial infarction
    • mimics constrictive pericarditis
    • rhythm disturbances
    • heart block

Note that there may be increased digoxin sensitivity in cardiac amyloidosis (digoxin binds to amyloid fibrils).
