Pelger-Huet anomaly
This is an uncommon condition where bilobed neutrophils are found in the peripheral blood. There may be unsegmented neutrophils occasionally seen.
The Pelger-Huet anomaly may be:
- congenital, inherited in an autosomal dominant manner
- acquired, often in cases of myelodysplastic syndrome
