Granulocyte transfusion/GM-CSF treatment
Granulocyte transfusions may be considered in neutropenic patients who are febrile and fail to respond to antibiotics.
Alternatively Granulocyte-Macrophage colony stimulating factor(GM-CSF) shows some promise.
