The sternoclavicular joint gains its arterial supply from the:

  • internal thoracic artery
  • superior thoracic branch of the axillary artery
  • suprascapular artery
  • clavicular branch of the thoracoacromial artery

The joint drains to the axillary and external jugular veins.
