Esotropia (accommodative)
Esotropia is an excessive inward deviation of the eyes associated with accommodation.
Full cycloplegic refraction is usually corrective in the young; cycloplegic refraction, amblyopia therapy, and bifocals or miotics, to relieve excess deviation at near, are corrective in older patients.
