Granulomatous cerebral vasculitis
Granulomatous cerebral vascultitis is a granulomatous vasculitis of the small arteries of the brain.
The presentation is varied:
- some have a sterile meningitis
- often it is a multifocal encephalitis disease
- it is a rare cause of stroke
Patients may respond to immunosuppression.
