Clinical features
Features include:
- asymptomatic in the early stages, despite radiological changes
- cough
- shortness of breath; a chronic obstructive picture
- clubbing
- hypoxaemia, with an oxygen requirement
Later the features can be confused by the superimposition of other lung disease in AIDS.
