Ulna osteotomy

A wedge osteotomy of the ulna can be used in isolation or combined with distraction osteogenesis, centralization or radialization. The aim is to straighten the deviated ulna axis. However, if combined with other procedures there is a recognised risk of damaging the epiphysis with growth disturbance.
