Osteoma
This is a benign bone forming tumour. It gives rise to well differentiated mature bony tissue which can be cancellous or compact. It is particularly found in the skull bones, especially the orbit and the paranasal sinuses, where it is clinically important.
It may be associated with Gardner'syndrome.
