Pedicle
Each presacral vertebra has a bony pedicle attached posterolaterally on either side of the midline. They are continuous with the lamina extending posteriorly around the vertebral arch.
Relations:
- anterior: vertebral body
- posterior: junction of lamina and transverse process
- superior: small superior vertebral notch
- inferior: larger inferior vertebral notch
- lateral: costal facet(s)
- medial: vertebral foramen
