- can build a tower of 7 cubes
- can construct a 'train' from 3 blocks placed horizontally in a row and one block placed on top for a chimney
- with a pencil can initiate a circle (2 1/2 - 3 1/2Y) and a horizontal line (18M - 3Y) if this is demonstrated to him
