V1 - 4th intercostal space, right of sternum |
V2 - 4th intercostal space, left of sternum |
V3 - midway between V2 and V4 |
V4 - 5th intercostal space, in the midclavicular line |
V5 - same level as V4, at anterior axillary line (between V4 and V6) |
V6 - in 5th intercostal space, in the midaxillary line |
