Umbilical arteries (embryology)
The umbilical arteries are developmental vessels which pass bilaterally from the dorsal aortae to the placenta. Derivatives include the:
- common iliac arteries
- internal iliac arteries
- superiror vesical arteries
- medial umbilical ligament
