Marchiafava-Bignami syndrome
Marchiafava-Bignami syndrome is a syndrome characterised by epilepsy, ataxia, dysarthria and marked impairment of consciousness due to excessive alcohol consumption.
It is the result of widespread demyelination of the corpus callosum, cerebral peduncles and optic tracts.
