Drug-induced pulmonary fibrosis
The drugs which may cause pulmonary fibrosis include:
- cytoxic drugs:
- busulphan
- bleomycin
- methotrexate
- cyclophosphamide
- carmustine
- antibiotics e.g. nitrofurantoin
- cardiac drugs:
- hydralazine
- amiodarone
- tocainide
- opiates e.g. heroin abuse
