Follow-up
After stabilisation - secondary risk reduction measures should be implemented. These measures include stopping smoking, continued aspirin therapy, management of hypertension if present, cholesterol lowering therapy if indicated.
If a patient was stabilised with medical treatment then it is likely they will undergo treadmill exercise testing.
