Management of acute severe asthma in children 2-5 years
Guidelines for the management of asthma have been devised by the British Thoracic Society (BTS). They have recently been reviewed by the BTS in conjunction with the Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network and were published in 2003 in the journal Thorax.
They provide a framework in which episodes of asthma can be managed.
