Parinaud's conjunctivitis
This is a rare condition characterised by:
- unilateral granulomatous conjunctivitis - with nodular elevations surrounded by follicles and occasionally accompanied by ulceration.
- lymphadenopathy - involving the preauricular and/ or submandibular glands on the affected side.
- systemic features eg fever malaise.
