Autotopagnosia is the phenomena when the patient is unable to recognise, name, or point on command to parts of the body.

This condition usually arises in disease processes that have affected both sides of the brain. In most cases the phenomena can be explained by accompanying apraxia, dysphasia, or disorder of spatial perception.
