Hepatic focal nodular hyperplasia is an uncommon benign tumour of the liver.

The condition does not require treatment unless the nodule is symptomatic. Patients with significant pain or fullness may require a partial liver resection.

On CT and MRI the nodule appears to have central star-shaped scar.
