  • fever
  • transient eosinophilia; acute tubulointerstitial nephritis associated with NSAIDs is NOT associated with eosinophilia
  • haematuria
  • mild proteinuria
  • sterile pyuria
  • skin rash

A raised creatinine level with acute renal failure occurs in 50% of patients.
