The genophotodermatoses are an uncommon group of endogenous photosensitivity disorders. They include:

  • xeroderma pigmentosum - a DNA repair disorder associated with severe delayed onset, persistent sunburn and premature skin tumours
  • Bloom's syndrome
  • Cockayne's syndrome
  • trichothiodystrophy
