Stop, seek advice.

  • Malaise, dizziness, rigors, muscle pains, disturbed liver function, cardiac dysrhythmias and hypotension

Supportive circulatory measures if severe.

  • Cough/dyspnoea

Stop drug. Chest X ray, Pulmonary function tests, Seek advice.

  • Nause/anorexia

Split dose, reduce dose, take with food, try an anti-emetic, stop if acceptable

  • Hair loss

Uncommon in the usual dose range. Reversible.
