Lisinopril in the prophylaxis of migraine

A double blind, placebo controlled, crossover study enrolled 60 patients to investigate the efficacy of lisinopril in the prophylaxis of migraine.

Patients had >2 migraines, with our without aura, per month.

55 were treated and 47 complied properly with the trial.
