    • >= 3 Clinical Signs (4 pt) >= 10% body weight from baseline

  • 10 point scale (all signs/symptoms)
    • >= 3 Clinical Signs >=5% body weight from baseline
    • >= 7 Clinical Signs >=10% body weight from baseline (1)
