Clinical features of eosinophilic granuloma of bone
This condition usually presents with granulomatous bone lesions alone, at sites including
- skull
- ribs
- clavicles
- vertebrae
Presentation is with:
- pain
- swelling and mass
- occasionally spinal cord signs
