Clinical features
These are dependent on the site of the lesion.
Possible symptoms include:
- cold hands and feet
- Raynaud's phenomenon
- haematuria
Possible signs include:
- retinal infarcts and haemorrhages
- ulceration and small infarcts of the extremities
- cold peripheries despite presence of good pulses
