Irritated seborrhoeic keratosis
An irritated seborrhoeic keratosis shows eczematous change:
- inflammatory infiltrate
- large numbers of concentric nests of squamous cells
- keratinocytes with a greater degree of maturation
Trauma seems to be the main association.
