There are several subtypes of seborrhoeic keratosis distinguishable by clinical or histological features:

  • common seborrhoeic keratosis
  • reticulated seborrhoeic keratosis
  • stucco keratosis
  • melanocanthoma
  • clonal seborrhoeic keratosis
  • irritated seborrhoeic keratosis
  • seborrheic keratosis with squamous atypia
  • dermatosa papulosa nigra
