Moderate cases of bronchiectasis
These include:
- a constant rattly cough
- green sputum most of time
- occasional haemoptysis
- possible bad breath
- the patient is usually well
- normal pulmonary function
- clubbing is a rare finding
- crackles normally present - classically localized persistent coarse crepitations
- chest radiograph is often normal
