Spinal tumours (cervical)
Tumours in the cervical region are most frequently of metastatic origin. They may cause vertebral body erosion, collapse, compress spinal nerves, or compress the spinal cord directly.
The most common primary tumours in this region are sarcoma and multiple myeloma.
