Bilateral hilar enlargement
Possible causes include:
- tuberculosis
- sarcoidosis
- lymphoma
- carcinoma metastases
- acute infections, e.g. infectious mononucleosis or whooping cough
- silicosis
- pulmonary hypertension
- pulmonary embolism
- cardiac septal defects
